Jason went on a once in a lifetime elk hunt in September 2007 and this is what he came home with. "Charlie" just came home from the taxidermist but we haven't decided what to do with him. Our ceilings aren't tall enough to really hang him up (that sounds terrible!) and we aren't quite ready to add on to the house, so for now he just sits. I have to admit that he is quite the amazing animal. For those of you who this means something to, Charlie measured 390 6/8 inches.
It's been a while since I've posted any pictures...camera troubles! Anyhow, I thought these pictures of the kids feeding the cows a while back were really cute. It's great to be here on the farm.
Sorry I'm not better at posting, I do take pictures all the time with great intents of a post and even take some pictures on purpose just for the sake of a post, unfortunately, I'm very good at procrastinating! I'll try to be better.
Mom to 5 cute kids, wife to one great husband. When I think back to when I was in college and what I would have answered if asked the question, "What do you want to do when you grow up?" my life right now is the answer to that question. I'm glad that I graduated, glad I used my degree, but now I'm glad that I'm home and wouldn't go back to teaching.
