Today is our 15th wedding anniversary. Time sure does fly. It seems like it was all just yesterday but at the same time it's hard to imagine life not being married. We got engaged after dating for just 5 weeks (more like we decided to get married after about 3 weeks but I didn't get my ring until after 5 weeks, on the day I graduated from college) and we were married 9 weeks after that. I feel so lucky to be so happily married to such a wonderful man. I can truly say that I'm doing exactly what I want to be doing and living the life I always wanted to live.

The day we got married was the only day it rained (torential downpour) all summer long, specifically for the 20-30 minutes that we wanted to take pictures. I had always wanted to get married in the Salt Lake temple because that was what I saw pictures of so much when I was growing up and I thought we could have such pretty wedding pictures. Oh well! The funny thing is that up here in Logan it was beautiful, not a drop of rain in sight. I believe though, that there is a saying that if it rains on your wedding day it is supposed to means a good marriage.

Thanks for so many wonderful years sweetheart, I love you.
